How to Make a Shamrock Mocha
Lucky us! St. Patricks day is almost here; so we've prepared a new recipe to start your St. Patrick's Day morning with (and any morning really!). This mocha gets it's "Shamrock" flavour from smooth and creamy irish cream. Mixed with your favourite espresso (or best extra dark single serve coffee!) and decadent dark chocolate, this is a super simple and easy recipe to enjoy at home.
Shamrock Mocha Recipe
Ingredients
2 tbsp (1 oz) Torani Dark Chocolate Sauce or Monin Dark Chocolate Sauce
1 tbsp (1/2 oz) Torani Irish Cream Syrup or Sugar Free Irish Cream
1 cup (8 oz) Milk
2 shots espresso, or 4 oz strong brewed coffee
Add 1 tbsp Torani Irish Cream to 1 cup milk. Stir to combine, then froth the milk. In a heat resistant glass, add in 2 tbsp Torani Dark Chocolate Sauce, and brew 2 shots espresso or 4 oz strong brewed coffee over the chocolate sauce. Stir to mix any remaining unmelted chocolate sauce with the espresso. Add the milk and Irish Cream mixture, and top with the Irish Cream milk froth. Enjoy!
