How-to Bring Your Machine in For Service

Option 1. Get in the queue! Pay for the Intake Fee online and reach out to Kim at kim@ecscoffee.com or call 905-631-1524 ext 202. This is ideal for those that have a functioning machine and don't want to be without coffee while the machine is in queue! Click here to pay for your intake fee.

Option 2. Pop by one of our three locations and pay for your intake fee at the store and leave your machine there. Your machine will go into queue based on our timelines above.

FAQ

Is there a warranty on my repairs?

Yes! There is a 90 day warranty on all ECS coffee performed repairs. Warranty applies to original issue diagnosed by technicians. Warranty does not include damage done by water scaling issues such as using Spring/Well water.

What is included in the diagnostic fee?

Our factory trained technicians will take your machine apart to get to the root cause of whats happening. If you would like to add a descale to your intake you can for $25.00. After repairs are complete our technicians will test your machine to ensure all is working normally!

I don't know what machine option to select.

No worries at all! We can help. Give us a call at 905-631-1524 and let us know you are trying to figure out what machine type you have. With a few questions we will be able to help you figure that out so you can complete your online order.

My machine isn't listed in the machines your repair, can you still repair mine?

This is up to our service technicians to decide! Some parts are more universal. Reach out to kim@ecscoffee.com with information about your machine and what is happening for assistance.

Do you offer loaner machines while mine is in for service?

No, we unfortunately do not offer loaner machines at this time.

My machine is under warranty with the manufacturer, what should I do?

We service and repair specific brands under warranty. See the list below. Reach out to the manufacturer and start a warranty claim, from there you can bring your machine in for service by dropping it off at one of our 3 locations or mailing it in. If you are bringing your machine in yourself, we will fill out an intake form for our records.

DROPPING OFF YOUR MACHINE

Before you drop off your machine, we ask that you clean out all water and used grinds. Drip tray and grounds container should be empty. Also keep the following in mind: 

- We cannot accept your boxes or bags. if you are transporting your machine in a box or bag, you will have to take the bag or box back.

- If your machine has been in storage, (for example a garage or cold cellar) please ensure that there are no bugs or larvae that may have entered the machine. Damp, moist areas are attractive to such critters. We will not accept these machines and if we find evidence once we inspect we will return this machine to you untouched.

If we did, we would not have time to repair anything. All parts purchased from us are final sale.
