BUILD YOUR OWN COFFEE SUBSCRIPTION
We've launched a new, easy way for you to get your coffee fix! You can now subscribe to receive your coffee order automatically, and save 5% on select regular priced items while doing it.
HOW IT WORKS
Select Whole Beans, Ground Coffee, K-Cups and Nespresso® Compatible Capsules are available on a subscription basis. You can build your subscription with any coffee that has the subscription option available!
Choose the subscribe option for the product you would like to receive regularly. Select how often you would like to receive your order - every 15, 30 or 45 days. Browse for more of your faves, and add them to your subscription.
FLEXIBLE DELIVERY DATES
Need to receive your coffee order sooner, pause your order, or change the schedule? No problem. Effortlessly manage what you receive, when it arrives and the way you pay. Login to your account from any device and easily update your subscription settings. You can change the scheduled dates of your upcoming deliveries, so if you know you'll be away for a certain time period you can change the order to arrive when you're back home. If you would like to cancel a subscription item, you can do so from your account any time before the items next ship date.
REAL-TIME NOTIFICATIONS
We alert you before each delivery or if there are any problems with your account, making it easy for you to keep track of your subscriptions. We also send you a reminder 3 days before your subscription is processed, so that you know it is coming up.
SAFE & SECURE PAYMENTS
Payments are processed in a secure PCI-compliant enviromnent to the highest industry standards, via Shopify Payments. We don't store your credit card info on file.
SUBSCRIPTION RULES & LIMITATIONS
Most subscription products are 5% off the regular price, but some do not have a discount (this does not include sale prices). Your subscription may update to reflect the regular price with the 5% discount added if you had added an item to your subscription during a sale. Please note that in the case of a price increase, the price increase will apply to your recurring subscription item (5% discount will be applied to the new regular price where applicable).
Standard shipping rules apply on all subscription orders. If you change your subscription to fall below or above a fate, your shipping rate will adjust to the appropriate rate.
Please note that ECS Coffee gift cards are not eligible on subscription orders.
We are unable to offer subscription on select coffee, such as select imported K-Cups & Nespresso® compatible capsules or seasonal coffee, due to the limited time availablility of these items.
Select coupon codes, including codes generated by our Brew Bucks points program are not compatible with our coffee subscription program.
