Warranty Info
When you purchase a machine from us, you may be eligible to receive warranty support through the manufacturer of the machine, depending on the brand. Please ensure you register your machine with the manufacturer. In some cases, ECS Coffee is an authorized service centre that can handle your warranty. Please read your machines specific warranty to understand any limitations and timeframes before you proceed.
Extended Warranty
In addition, we now offer an extended warranty option through Mulberry. Mulberry is the people-first platform for product protection - they work with us to provide you with extended coverage on the products you purchase from our site. We offer 3 and 4 year warranty plans on most of our small electrics. Along with comprehensive coverage for your products, Mulberry also offers the following:

To opt in to extended warranty on your product, just add a protection plan to your cart and check out! After you purchase coverage, you’ll receive a welcome email from Mulberry prompting you to activate your account. Activating your account will give you access to your dedicated warranty dashboard where you’ll be able to view your plan details and full contract terms, and file a claim as needed. DeLonghi |

You must contact Jura for warranty service at 1-855-544-8600. We are not an authorized warranty centre although we can repair most Jura brewers. We cannot handle warranty issues at this time. Jura has a service centre location in Mississauga Ontario. |
