The new Bialetti Moka Induction is the first stovetop coffee maker that is suitable for all stovetops, including induction. Produce a rich, authentic espresso in just minutes. The boiler's external layer of steel guarantees operation even on induction hobs, while the internal layer of aluminum ensures homogenous heat distribution. The top part of the moka is made of aluminum, the same material which the classic moka is made of, combined with the bi-layer boiler ensures a unique and pleasant coffee just like the coffee prepared with the traditional moka.
