Must have been bad production because every coffee pod splits on the inside and there are grinds everywhere. I have to strain each cup and clean the machine each time. Truly disappointing, bitter flavour

First time I tried it, loved it & will purchase again.
Messed up our machine and messed up our cup of coffee. Unfortunately we won't be buying this product again.
