We offer 3 and 4 year warranty plans on most of our small electrics. These protection plans are available to all of our customers.
How it Works
To opt in to extended warranty on your product, just add a protection plan to your cart and check out! After you purchase coverage, you’ll receive a welcome email from Mulberry prompting you to activate your account. Activating your account will give you access to your dedicated warranty dashboard where you’ll be able to view your plan details and full contract terms, and file a claim as needed. When is my product covered?
Your product is covered from the date of purchase and receipt for Accidental Damage from Handling.
For malfunction, your product is covered by the manufacturer and in some cases the retailer. Each retailer/manufacturer has their own terms of coverage. A minimum 30-day manufacturer/retailer warranty is required. Coverage for malfunctioning/mechanical failure is provided by MPP and MBC at day 31 from date of purchase.

I already purchased my product but didn't opt in to the warranty. Can I still get it?
You can still opt in to receive extended warranty after your purchase. There is a 60 day window where you can purchase extended warranty for your product. You will receive an email after your purchase with more details about opting in to the protection plan.
Will I have to pay a deductible or any other fees?
You'll never have to pay any fees or deductibles when you file a claim with Mulberry.
What happens if I return or exchange my product?
Each Mulberry Protection Plan is tied to the specific product with which it was purchased. This means when you return or exchange your product, you will also need to cancel the warranty with Mulberry (and purchase a new plan if you prefer). If you cancel your warranty within the merchant’s return window, you will receive a 100% refund for your Protection Plan, minus any claims paid. For returns outside of the merchant’s return window, you will receive a prorated refund, based on the time remaining on your Plan, minus any claims paid.
Can I cancel my Protection Plan?
Yes, you are able to cancel your Mulberry Protection Plan.
If you cancel your plan within 30 days of purchase, you will receive a 100% refund for your plan (minus any claims paid).*

Is there a limit to how many times I can file a claim?
You can use your Mulberry plan to file multiple, separate claims for your covered product, up to the limit of liability (the original retail value of your product), minus any claims costs already incurred on your plan. Your plan includes coverage for a single incident per claim, so please make sure to file a claim as soon as a covered incident occurs! Once your product has been replaced (or cash settled) by Mulberry, your coverage terms will be fulfilled (and no more claims can be filed against that plan).
What happens if I move to a new city, province or state? Is my product still covered?
Yes! Coverage continues even if you move (within the same country). You are able to edit your address directly, via your dedicated Mulberry customer account.

How do I access my Mulberry customer account?
To access your Mulberry customer account, click the activation link contained in the welcome email we sent you at the time of coverage purchase ("Activate your Mulberry Account"). If your activation link has expired, you will automatically receive another email with a new link, which you can then use to create your account.
