Shipping & Pick-Ups
Shipping is not included in the pricing. It will be calculated and added when your order is packed and ready to be shipped.
For special shipping arrangements or to arrange a pickup, please contact our wholesale department. Our warehouse is open from 9 am - 3 pm Monday - Friday, during which wholesale pick-ups can be scheduled. Please arrive to our warehouse before 3 pm to collect your order.
If you're ordering glass bottles of Torani Sugar Free in the wintertime, a heated truck will need to be arranged. The Torani Sugar Free Syrups in glass bottles are prone to freezing and cracking in cold weather. If heated transport is required for your order, the shipping costs will be extra. Please reach out to us if you require heated transport.
